I John 4

18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.

He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

There obviously were Egyptians and others from other lands, that left out of Egypt, for fear of the judgement of YHVH, as is evident by the scriptures below.

They witnessed the judgements first hand; they saw with their own eyes, that YHVHwas real, unlike their false gods. Their experience, caused fear of, and faith to believe in, YHVH.

Exodus 12
48 And when a stranger
shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to YHVH, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.

49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
50 Thus did all the children of Israel; as YHVH commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.

Exodus 20
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of YHVH
(Who's Sabbath?YHVH's!)
thy Elohim: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days YHVH made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, andrested the seventh day: wherefore YHVH blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Exodus 23
11 But the seventh year
thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.

12 Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.
13 And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make
no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.

Exodus 23

20 ¶ Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
21 Beware of him, and obey his voice
, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your
transgressions: for my name is in him.
22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an
enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.
23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the
Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

24 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

25 And
ye shall serve YHVH your Elohim, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days
I will fulfil.
27 I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt
come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.
28 And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite,

and the Hittite, from before thee.
29 I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate,

and the beast of the field multiply against thee.
30 By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and

inherit the land.
31 And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and

from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand;

and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
32 Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods
.

33 They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me: for if thou serve

their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.

Deut. 7

9 Know therefore that YHVH thy Elohim, he is YHVH, the faithful Elohim, which

keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his

(WHO's?, His!) commandments to a thousand generations;

10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to

him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

11 Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the

judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.

12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep,

and do them, that YHVH thy Elohim shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy

which he sware unto thy fathers:
13 And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of

thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of

thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give

thee.
14 Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren

among you, or among your cattle.
15
And YHVH will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the

evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all

them that hate thee.
16 And thou shalt consume all the people which YHVH thy Elohim shall deliver thee;

thine eye shall have no pity upon them: neither shalt thou serve their gods; for that

will be a snare unto thee.

Deuteronomy 31
11 When all Israel is come to appear before YHVH thy Elohim in the place which he

shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing.
12 Gather the people together, men and women, and children,
and thy stranger that

is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear YHVH

your Elohim, and observe to do all the words of this law:
13 And that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear

YHVH your Elohim, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to

possess it.

Leviticus 16
28 And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and

afterward he shall come into the camp.
29 And this shall be a statute for ever
unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth

day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of

your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:

30 For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye

may be clean from all your sins before YHVH.

Leviticus 17
7 And they
shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a

whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations.
8 And thou shalt say unto them, Whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel,
or of

the strangers which sojourn among you, that offereth a burnt offering or sacrifice,
9 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto

YHVH; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.

10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that

sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against

that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood
: and I have given it to you upon the altar to

make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for

the soul.

12 Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither

shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.

Leviticus 18
25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land

itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.
26 Ye shall therefore keep my
(Who's? YHVH's!) statutes and my judgments, and

shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any

stranger that sojourneth among you:
27 (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you,

and the land is defiled;)

Leviticus 19
33 And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him.
34 But
the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among

you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am

YHVH your Elohim.
35 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.

Leviticus 20
1 And Yhwh spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel,

or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he

shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3 And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people;

because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane

my holy name.

You have to know it to prophane it, right? Do you know what his name is?

G-d and Lord are titles, not names.

Leviticus 24
21 And he that killeth a beast, he shall restore it: and he that killeth a man, he shall be

put to death.
22 Ye shall have one manner of law
, as well for the stranger
, as for one of your own

country: for I am YHVH your Elohim.
23 And Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had

cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as

YHVH commanded Moses.

Numbers 9
13 But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover,

even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: because he brought not the

offering of YHVH in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.
14 And if a stranger shall sojourn among you
, and will keep the passover unto

YHVH; according to the ordinance of the passover, and according to the manner

thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger, and for

him that was born in the land.
15 And on the day that the tabernacle was reared up the cloud covered the tabernacle,

namely, the tent of the testimony: and at even there was upon the tabernacle as it were

the appearance of fire, until the morning.

Numbers 15

13 All that are born of the country shall do these things after this manner, in offering an

offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto YHVH.

14 And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your

generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto YHVH; as

ye do, so he shall do.
15 One ordinance shall be both
for you of the congregation, and
also for the stranger

that sojourneth with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall

the stranger be before YHVH.

16 One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth

with you.
17 And YHVH spake unto Moses, saying,

18 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land

whither I bring you,
19 Then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall offer up an heave

offering unto YHVH.
20 Ye shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough for an heave offering: as ye do the

heave offering of the threshingfloor, so shall ye heave it.
21 Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto YHVH an heave offering in your

generations.
22 And if ye have erred
, and not observed all these commandments
, which

YHVH hath spoken unto Moses,
23 Even all that YHVH hath commanded you
by the hand of Moses, from the day

that YHVH commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations;
24 Then it shall be, if ought be committed by ignorance
without the knowledge of the

congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering,

for a sweet savour unto YHVH, with his meat offering, and his drink offering, according

to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin offering.
25 And the priest shall make an atonement for all the congregation of the children of

Israel, and it shall be forgiven them; for it is ignorance: and they shall bring their

offering, a sacrifice made by fire unto YHVH, and their sin offering before YHVH,

for their ignorance:
26 And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel,
and the

stranger that sojourneth among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance.
27 And if any soul sin through ignorance
, then he shall bring a she goat of the first

year for a sin offering.
28 And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he

sinneth by ignorance before YHVH, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be

forgiven him.
29 Ye shall have one law
for him that sinneth through ignorance
, both for him that is

born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

1 Kings 8

39 Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every

man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou, even thou only,

knowest the hearts of all the children of men;)
40 That they may fear thee all the days that they live in the land which thou gavest unto

our fathers.
41 Moreover concerning a stranger
, that is not of thy people Israel
, but cometh

out of a far country for thy name's sake; What's His Name?
42 (For they shall hear of thy great name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched

out arm;) when he shall come and pray toward this house;
43 Hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place,
and do according to all that the stranger

calleth to thee for: that all people of the earth may know thy name, to fear thee, as

do thy people Israel; and that they may know that this house, which I have builded, is

called by thy name. What's His Name?

2 Chronicles 6
31 That they may fear thee, to walk in thy ways, so long as they live in the land which

thou gavest unto our fathers.
32 Moreover concerning the stranger
, which is not of thy people Israel
, but is

come from a far country for thy great name's sake, and thy mighty hand, and thy

stretched out arm; if they come and pray in this house;
33 Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place,
and do according

to all that the stranger calleth to thee for; that all people of the earth may know

thy name, and fear thee, as doth thy people Israel, and may know that this house

which I have built is called by thy name.
