Hopefully from reading the Food Law article written by Norman you have seen
how that it is erroneous to think that the food laws have gone anywhere. Hopefully you have also seen where biased translators
took it upon themselves to translate based on what they wanted said (this is done in many areas of debatable doctrines).
Now I will like to ask you, can you not see also the love of YHVH in these
food instructions? Why is it that Xtians look at these laws as something oppressive, being under the law, judaized, trying
to gain righteousness through works? I do not follow the instructions of YHVH because I'm trying to gain righteousness but
because he freely gave me the ability to follow through his grace.
It's amazing to me, if a doctor told someone they needed to leave a particular
item alone (usually something in the list of unclean animals) they do it without question. They see it as making plenty of
sense and begin to alter their diet. Health fanatics speak about the dangers of eating these foods and most would give a hearty
"Amen" to it, agreeing with the facts stated. However though, YHVH stated these long before scientist/health experts figured
it out. Why then are they looked upon as being Jewish or oppressive laws that thankfully we don't have
to follow.
Did YHVH leave off caring for believers under the new covenant? Somehow YHVH
knew these foods were dangerous to eat and forewarned the people. Then for whatever reason He has decided, oh well with the
new covenant believers? A G-d that does not change has changed His mind concerning instructing His people about that which
will injure them health wise?
The instructions concerning what animals to eat and not eat actually proves
that YHVH cares contrary to popular opinion. The food laws are not some tyrants keeping us from the good stuff but a loving
Father instructing us from the bad. Would a father instructing his child not to play with fire be a burdensome law or love?
Is not there something wrong with the mentality that suggest that Xtians have been set free from that which is actually meant
for our good.
Yeshua stated that we prove that we love him if we keep the commandments.
By following the instructions concerning food we prove that we love the Father. The Father gave us these instructions in love
to keep us from unnecessary health problems. The love revolves as we keep them, showing Him that we trust his infinite wisdom
and guidance. We don't keep them to gain anything, we keep them to show our love for him who first loved us. Why do you think
he gave them, just because or for our health's sake? How is it that people believe that these instructions only pertain to
the Jews, are we not all humans who would be affected the same way as the Jews if we ate this stuff?
Only the power of the wine which Mystery Babylon dishes out deceives us into
thinking this way. I once thought the same way. Now I love my Father even more because I now see how he loved me through his
Torah that He originally gave to the Hebrews (to be an example to all other nations).
