Elohim A Man?

Is such a concept true?

This article is written to hopefully help or bless someone in seeing that it is not truly possible for Yahshua to be G-d or Yahweh based on Scriptures by themselves. When concepts, ideas, and doctrines begin to creep in, so does the possibility for Meshiach to somehow [contrary to Scripture] become elevated to much more than a human.

Elohim by nature is eternally clean, man by nature becomes unclean involuntarily and through voluntary actions. Yahshua to be fully man he must have by human nature become unclean at various moments in his lifetime which would contrary to Elohim's nature. Likewise being clean by divine nature would disqualify him from being fully man.

Elohim by nature knows all things (omniscient) but man does not know everything but can by Elohim's will receive extra-ordinary knowledge. This knowledge would not qualify an individual as being Elohim. Many prophets demonstrated knowledge obtained by Elohim that otherwise would not have been known to them. Yahshua demonstrated this same trait. These are areas that Yahshua demonstrated a lack of all knowledge.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only.

Elohim has to obviously be able to know what's going on everywhere in His universe. His spirit moved on the waters and throughout space. Yahshua could only be at one place at one time and only demonstrated knowledge of what was happening only in that particular locale where he would be at that time.

Elohim cannot be tempted as there is nothing in Him that can be tempted Heb. 2:18, Heb. 4:15. Man however has weaknesses that can be tempted for the chance of making that individual succumb to those weaknesses James 1:13. Yahshua was tempted in Matt. 4 and in many other places throughout scripture.

Elohim is eternally perfect as he states in Matt. 5:48 Man is not perfect and must be perfected by Elohim's spirit. Yahshua himself had to be perfected by Elohim. This cannot be if he was already Elohim or YHWH as there would be no need for him to be perfected. However if he was truly fully man there would have been things he needed to be perfected as stated in Hebrews 2:10 and 5:9

Elohim is spirit and those that worship Him must worship him in spirit and truth. Yahshua cannot be Elohim as well as Elohim consist of only spirit. Yahshua was obviously flesh and therefore man. A full human cannot have full spirit and a full Elohim cannot have full flesh or half. It is only Gentiles that seem to think that this is remotely possibly as demonstrated in Acts 14 notice the sharp rebuke of such vanity. Yahshua was given the spirit without measure in John 3:34

Why would Elohim need to be given his own spirit (mind set, character, attitude, mentality, etc.)? Why did Yahshua need to be given that which he (supposedly preexisting and being G-d) should have already have? How could that which is G-d go without having his own spirit within him?

With that Elohim has no form and yet Yahshua obviously had a form.

Elohim cannot be seen by mortal humans face to face. However in the future born-again believers (born of spirit in the resurrection) will be able to dwell with him. Either Yahshua was FULLY G-d which would have made him impossible to see or he was human. You can't have half and half either you can be seen or you can't.

Ex. 33:30, Jn 1;18, 5:37, 6:46, 14:7-10

Deuteronomy 4:15-19 Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of form on the day that Yahweh spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire. Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image in the form of any figure, the likeness of male or female, the likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged bird that flieth in the heavens, the likeness of anything that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the water under the earth; and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the host of heaven, thou be drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which Yahweh thy G-d hath allotted unto all the peoples under the whole heaven.

So is it being suggested that Elohim went through all this trouble with Yisrael only to turn around and demonstrate to them that he will be a man after all. They were charged not to make an image and how it would have been impossible for them to imagine a face, person, or make pictures of anything. Now however things are different, now somehow people got a glimpse of the Supreme Elohim of the universe and could have created images, imagined a face, drew pictures, etc. of the Elohim Himself? ELOHIM forbid such!!! Notice how close Romans 1:22-23 sounds to Debarim 4:15-19.

Romans 1:22-23 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible G-d for the likeness of an IMAGE OF CORRUPTIBLE MAN, and of birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things.

Is this not what has been done with the man/g-d Je-us or the preexisting YHWH Yahshua? This is exactly what has been done! People have changed the glory (uniqueness of G-d: cannot be seen, tempted, is fully pure, righteous, set-apart, powerful, can't be approached by mere humans physically) of G-d into that which could be corrupted, tempted, seen, touched by human hands and uncleanness, and could die. The GREAT G-D could not be in such a corrupted and unclean form??? The GREAT G-D now had the ability to die, urinate, defecate, salivate, sweat, be wounded by mortal hands, etc. NO WAY! Yahshua was the divinely selected unique anointed agent of Elohim being given the full measure of Elohim's spirit to even be able to fully reflect in all aspects Elohim's person WITHOUT being Elohim. Thats what it is all about. The more we yield to Elohim's spirit, the more we become like him as we reflect him. We will be as Meshiach is because we will be resurrected into a glorified state of having the fullness of the spirit having been born-again by the resurrection.

We are like a mirror with stains all over it, not being able to fully reflect Elohims character, will, attitude, mentality, person, righteousness, holiness, etc. His spirit is like a cleaning rag. When he takes that rag to clean the mirror, the mirror begins to much more accurately reflect Him in the mirror. That mirror does not become Elohim but his reflection. Yahshua by being given the FULL MEASURE of the spirit [no holding back] was able to fully reflect Elohim but was not, did not, and is not Elohim. This is why he could easily say that people beholding him were (in a reflective sense only) beholding G-d, the same would be true with the mirror. He was not dare stating that the invisible and immortal G-d could now be seen by mortal man.

Elohim is self-existent and cannot come to a place of not existing. Man can come to the place of not existing. Yahshua died and therefore demonstrated humanity as G-d cannot die nor cease to exist even for a fraction of a second as all things consist by Him.

Elohim is given the title Adonaay whereas human rulers and kings were given the title Adonay marking a distinction between the two. In the verse claimed as prophecy Yahshua is referred to as Adonay in Psalms 110:1, Elohim is never referred to as Adonay (a mere human ruler or master). He is either a divine master or a human master.

Elohim worships and prays to no one period. Yahshua both worshiped and prayed to the one he deemed his G-d.

Elohim is Elohim, humans can obtain the adoption of being sons of Elohim. Samuel, Yisrael, and the Meshiach were referred to as being sons of Elohim. Obviously being called a son denotes inequality to being Elohim. Yahshua is never referred to as being Elohim but the son of Elohim. Num. 23:19, Hos. 11:9

Being a son describes a position that is different from a father, these two cannot be equal. Yahshua is called both the son of Elohim and the firstborn, this means that it is not possible for Yahshua and Yahweh to be co-equal, co-eternal, or the same.

Here's another issue with the idea of the G-d/Man theory that shows it to be impossible.

1 Yohanan 4:2-3 & 2 Yohanan 1:7

1 Yohanan (John) 4:2-3 Hereby know ye the Spirit of Elohim: every spirit that confesseth that Yahshua Mashiach is come in the flesh [GSN# 4561 sarx: flesh, the meat of an animal, the body, human nature (with its frailties [physically or morally] and passions), or a human being.] KJV--carnal(-ly, + -ly minded), flesh([-ly]) is of Elohim: and every spirit that confesseth not Yahshua [not come in the flesh] is not of Elohim: and this is the spirit of the anti-meshiach, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already.

Now this term has no quarrels about what it means. Folks this word is specifically dealing with being 100% flesh and bone, human, and of a human nature. There are no mention in this term that allows for the idea of a half and half or 100% plus 100% deal. The question is why did Yohanan stress such a thing and toward who was it being stressed?

These passages don't make any sense if Yohanan is coming from a Trinitarian point of view.

1. The Yehudim (Jews) were/are 100% True "One Equals One" Monotheist.

2. What position would he be attacking and labeling as an enemy if he was Trinitarian?

If Yohanan Was Trinitarian

Verses Yehudim Perspective:

Could not attack the Yehudim because this was not the issue with them.

The issue with the Yehudim then was whether or not Yahshua was HaMashiach.

They knew he existed and was flesh, fully human.

Yohanan's statements would have needed to be "don't confess Messiah has come" to be against those who did not believe him to be Meshiach.

Current Yehudim believe he will come in the 100% HUMAN flesh.

Verses Gentile Perspective:

Could not attack the Gentiles because they believed Yahshua was G-d in flesh.

Would be attacking his own way of thinking concerning who Meshiach was G-d come in the flesh thus being 50% Man and G-d or this 100% Man & G-d (dont know how you get that one into one body 100+100 equals 200 not 100)

Summary Conclusion:

Would make no sense. There would be no position that he was attacking.

If Yohanan Was A True Monotheist

Verses Yehudim Perspective:

Could not attack the Yehudim because this was not the issue with them.

The issue with the Yehudim then was whether or not Yahshua was HaMashiach.

They knew he existed and was flesh.

Yohanan's statements would have needed to be "don't confess Messiah has come" to be against those who did not believe him to be Meshiach.

Current Yehudim believe he will come in the 100% HUMAN flesh.

Kepha (Peter) proclaimed "you are Yahshua HaMaschiach the Son of El Never you are Elohim or you are the second in the G-dhead, or you are YHWH the son, or YHWH himself, and he was told that this was revealed by the Father

Verses Gentile Perspective G-d/Man as in Acts 14:11-17

Yohanan states Yahshua was a full human being.

In Numbers 23:19 Elohim is not a man, that he should lie, Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and will he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and will he not make it good?

This contradicts the perspectives of Gentiles, latter philosophers, etc. who see him as a full human and full G-d.

Notice only Gentiles thought that a man with powers equaled a G-d in flesh. You never see a Yehudim thinking or teaching such in Scripture, please dont tell me about the supposed hints, there is NO teachings [with the words left alone] coming from the mouth of any Yehudim in the entire Scriptures that ever say Yahshua was G-d or that G-d can become man .

There are no formulas ever mentioned of the full human/G-d theory.

G-d/Man totally impossible as it is a complete OXYMORON.

Yohanan would very well be speaking against the Gentiles in their traditionally held concepts that a G-d can become flesh or that there can be a g-d/man walking around on the earth. This would be DENYING that Yahshua came in 100% human form since as the Trinitarians even say, " He was not just human but G-d and human". As the old Gentile statement goes, " He [a human] was very G-d......"

Please, do the thinking for yourself. Work like a detective here, who could have Yohanan been speaking against? There had to be some group he was leveling this charge against, the charge was thinking that Yahshua did not come in flesh, HUMAN nature, as a human. Try to narrow the ideologies of that time to who could this be identifying and see what you come up with.

Will the real Elohim stand up? Is he the one that holds the circle of the earth in the palm of his hand, whos throne is the heavens and the earth his footstool, who created the universe, who created man from the dust, who cannot be seen, who men say a house made by hands could not contain him or is Elohim some type of demi-g-d who can be seen, who can have buildings made for him and images made of him, who walked only a small portion of the earth compared to the earth being Elohim's footstool.

I know my friend how great the power of deception is. I like you was prisoner of the same power for a long time, I too swallowed whatever wine the preachers, organizations, and teachers served me. All that time I never knew that they themselves were on the wine as they served me. It's like a drunken party where those who got drunk first are trying to share with others (who are getting drunk) the truth.

Why do we feel that we MUST elevate Meshiach above what he is? He did a great thing and we thank him for his WILLFUL sacrifice for who he even calls brethren. Why are we going above and beyond what he himself asked us to do? Let us honor him and show gratitude by sticking to what he has told us to do, that being to follow him as he followed the will of Yahweh, blessed be the great name of El Shadday!
